Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Data: Email address, name, and password (hashed) when you register.
• Usage Data: Interactions with the platform such as features used, session duration, and error reports.
• Content Data: Notes, files, and knowledge graphs you choose to sync to our servers for backup or multi-device access.
• Device Data: Browser type, OS version, and IP address for security and support purposes.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Authenticate your identity and protect your account
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Analyze anonymized usage patterns to improve the product

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share your information in limited circumstances:

• With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, analytics), under strict data processing agreements
• When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — you will be notified before any transfer

We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, theft, and misuse. This includes TLS encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest on our servers.

No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by applicable law.

LogyxCode is designed with a local-first philosophy. Your notes, knowledge graphs, Kanban boards, Fokera thoughts, and files are stored primarily on your own device. Cloud synchronization is entirely optional and used only for backup and multi-device access.

When you do not enable sync, none of your content data is transmitted to our servers. We have no access to, and do not store, any content data for users who operate in offline or local-only mode.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify you.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Port your data to another service
