By accessing or using LogyxCode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LogyxCode. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

LogyxCode provides a local-first knowledge management system, including document editing, file storage, knowledge graph visualizations, Kanban boards, Fokera (Thoughts Board), AI assistance, and Git-based version control for your knowledge.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

LogyxCode cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You may not use another person's account without permission.

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the content you create, upload, or store on LogyxCode. We do not claim ownership over your data, notes, or knowledge graphs.

The LogyxCode platform itself — including its software, design, trademarks, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of LogyxCode and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree not to use LogyxCode to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Because LogyxCode is local-first, your locally stored data remains on your device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogyxCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
